Another simple fix for more versatility

If a Movement or Agility rating of 0 created a stunned effect with an inability to move or retaliate, then those 'useless' ability debuffs could make big guys venerable. They would then have to rely on teammate skills to buff them enough to move again.

There are only a few players who have such skills and I haven't bothered 'wasting' enough points to actually test what happens now at 0 Movement.

Giving this game the ability to support more than one build strategy would improve it immensely.
